Firetech camps and afterschool programs have been growing like crazy in the UK and now in Europe and Australia, with more than 20 courses in coding, making and digital arts. They love using Kano to teach Python in a minecraft environment as well as to expose young people to the use of code in art, games, and music.
Geek Squad Academy
Best Buy’s Geek Squad Academy uses Kano to engage teens with digital literacy as part of camp and club programs. Kano was part of their biggest Geek Squad event ever, with 300 teens building computers and coding.
